Survivor Care Packs
Our Survivor Care Packs supply essential clothing and hygiene items for survivors of sexual assault and trafficking through our partnership with Community Violence Solutions and other local agencies. Comfort items and snacks are donated to the Children’s Interview Center for young victims. The program helps ensure individuals have access to necessary personal items during a critical time.

Baby Bags
Baby Bags supply infant clothing and essential items to low-income families whose infants have been identified as high risk for developmental concerns. Each bag contains diapers, wipes, onesies, socks, burp cloths, and bibs. Baby blankets donated by Project Linus are also included. This program helps ensure families have basic necessities for their newborns during a critical time.

Outreach
Outreach provides emergency, one-time support for unexpected community needs and short-term projects. The program allows us to respond quickly when urgent situations arise. This flexible support ensures vital and timely assistance where it is most needed.

On My Way Kits
These kits are prepared in partnership with the Contra Costa Independent Living Skills Program for youth exiting the foster care system. Each kit contains essential household items, including bedding, towels, and kitchen necessities. Participants also receive gift cards for purchasing groceries and other items to support their transition. The program provides foundational resources at a critical moment of moving into independent living.

Receiving Center Backpacks
Supports infants and children entering foster care following a family crisis. Backpacks are assembled with essential items to provide practical assistance during a time of transition. We also supply bulk donations to two local foster care receiving centers. These donations include shoes, toys, books, games, and sensory items. Through this program, we ensure children are met with tangible support when it is most needed.

Foster / Kinship Senior Year Fund
Provides funding for foster youth and kinship students to take part in senior year school activities, such as prom, senior portraits, yearbooks, and more. By supporting these milestones, the program helps ensure students can fully participate in their final year of high school.

TeleCare
TeleCare connects volunteers with homebound seniors through regular outreach and well-being calls. This year, members made nearly 4,000 calls to seniors in need of friendly conversation or a check-in. Volunteers also host social gatherings in our community room, creating opportunities for seniors to connect in person. Transportation is provided for those who need assistance attending these events.
